Mateusz Burda EI
Service terms
Version dated 13 October 2026
1. Service and audience
Mateusz Burda EI offers individual school support. The customer is an adult; a parent or legal guardian enters into the contract for a minor. Support does not replace school education and is not a medical diagnosis or a degree-awarding course. No grade, admission or examination result is guaranteed.
2. Enquiry and quotation
The form does not create an order. Following a discussion, a written quotation specifies subjects, level, objectives, included hours, schedule, delivery mode, materials, total price and payment arrangements. A contract is formed by acceptance of the quotation and the conditions supplied on a durable medium. Any scope change requires prior written agreement.
3. Prices and payment
“From” is the starting price for the described package and its hours. Amounts are in euros. The total amount payable, including applicable taxes and any travel or material charges, is stated before the customer commits. There is no payment on this website. The quotation provides for a bank transfer in one or several agreed instalments; no payment method is charged automatically. No tax reduction is promised.
4. Delivery of sessions
Sessions are individual and last 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed. The customer supplies useful school prompts and materials without unnecessary sensitive data. Remote appointments require a connection and an agreed tool. In-person support, teaching languages and non-French curricula are subject to confirmation. Contact hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 Paris time; sessions take place at agreed appointment times.
5. Rescheduling and ending support
Request rescheduling by email, preferably at least 24 hours before the appointment. Any late-cancellation charges must be expressly stated in the accepted quotation; no hidden package charge is added. A session cancelled by the provider is rescheduled or refunded. A programme has a defined duration and no automatic renewal. Early-ending conditions and refunds for unused hours are specified before commitment, respecting mandatory consumer rights.
6. Withdrawal from a distance contract
A consumer generally has 14 days from the conclusion of a distance service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Notification may be sent by email to mateuszburdaaa@inbox.eu or by post to the business address. Starting a service before this period ends requires a separate express request. If withdrawal follows a validly requested early start, only the proportionate value of services actually provided may be due. Loss of the right after full performance only occurs where the legal conditions are met, following an express request and prior acknowledgement of that loss. The website form is never such a waiver.
Refunds due following withdrawal are made within the statutory time limit, generally 14 days after notification, using the same payment method unless otherwise validly agreed.
Example withdrawal notification
To: Mateusz Burda EI, 63 rue du Port, 17310 Saint-Pierre-d’Oléron, France — mateuszburdaaa@inbox.eu.
I notify you that I withdraw from my contract for this service: [programme]. Contract concluded on: [date]. Customer name: [name]. Customer address: [address]. Notification date: [date]. Signature only if sent on paper.
7. Complaints and mediation
For a complaint, email the contact address and identify the relevant quotation. Following an unresolved prior written complaint, a consumer can use free consumer mediation under the applicable legal conditions. The competent mediator’s contact details must be provided in the contractual documents before commitment. Statutory consumer remedies remain available.
8. Applicable rules and international enquiries
Contractual arrangements reflect the service, country and customer’s status. Mandatory protections in a consumer’s country of residence continue to apply where legally required. The English version assists understanding; contract language is agreed before signature. Nothing on this website reduces statutory consumer rights.
